How Can I Be Younger?
From slaves to kings people have searched for the fountain of youth, trying to find some easy and instant way to stay young or recapture the youth that has been lost. In desperation people of the past turned to magic rituals and mixtures. In modern times, people still do the same thing, they just add science to the mixture. As a result fake science is mixed with real science to further confuse the masses and take their money. Fortunately there are some time tested and real methods for becoming younger, by feeling younger, looking younger, and moving more easily with the mobility of a younger person. There are no quick, easy, or magic mixtures that will make you younger; but their are changes you can make in your daily life to create a younger you. In the next section "Secrets of Living Longer" we will look at the lives of people who have done it. Those who have lived longer and healthier lives than those around them. These explorations will be based first on results, who succeeded, then the science and theories about how they did it. In this section we will examine what should be common sense methods combined with ways to stay younger backed by real science.
Of course peace and happiness are a part of staying younger. Feeling younger, looking younger, moving like you are younger, are all a part of being younger again.
Feeling and becoming younger actually requires a sense of humor, smiling and laughing. Both scientific studies,(see below), and beliefs of people who have lived a long life agree that happiness, joy, and the ability to laugh contributed to a younger, healthier minds and bodies.
Looking and moving like a younger person requires taking better care of yourself: the right exercises, better eating habits, better environments, better thinking, combined with better Health & Fitnesss. In later studies we will examine some of the products that help you recapture youth, but keep in mind being young is more about your total lifestyle, environment, and self mastery than about a magic product or ritual.
Real Scientific Research on Being Younger:
A study cited by Scientific American1 found in women and men, having a strong sense of humor reduced death rates 73-74% over the 15 year study. People in the study were found to live longer even during illness, especially in regards to cardiovascular disease and infections.
Younger skin. I asked an older woman how she kept her skin looking so young. She replied: "Throw away all your magic lotions, pastes, and chemical filled skin care products that normally have only a few drops of anything useful, and use 100% Aloe Vera to make your skin young again."
