How do I change myself and my future life?

There are many roads to success. We will begin considering an overview of some methods and paths to changing life around us here now. We will continually add content and ideas here offering you different paths to travel and explore. Return often as we have time we will expand this area of exploration. Many people cant' or are not willing to travel the same path another has used to find their success. With this in mind, you may have to explore different paths to find those most suitable for you. The final test is: What works? What methods bring the results you need and want?

Changing Your Life Begins With Changing You

Placing blame on the world around you or on others, on God, fate, circumstances, or your neighbor's dog is just another way to avoid the responsibility to change yourself and your life. As long as one justifies and blames external forces, people, or events for who they have become and where they are in life; they will never have the power to create the life they want or to become the person they want to be.

If you don't know who you want to be or what you want in life, refer to our previous explorations. There are many paths to consider, but before choosing methods, explore the paths you have traveled. Honestly look at results and ask which ways worked. Know enough about yourself and what you want to make solid choices about how to get them. You are now ready to make the first step and release the power of actions that change reality. That is why this site explores the three main aspects of yourself: the mind, body, and soul. They all are you, and they all effect one another. It is the old chicken and the egg problem. Which one comes first? All of these three aspects of you have power and influence over the others. If you get fat, this has an influence on your mind and self-confidence. If you eat every time you are nervous or have no self-control, this can make you fat. So, where to begin? This is your first choice. Do you begin developing your strength to change in your mind, body, or soul? We also explore every aspect of a higher quality of life by learning skills in communication, learning about health, fitness, and understanding peace and pleasure. In future explorations we will look at motivation, self-control, addictions, and more relationship skills.
